Our signature rotisserie chicken is made from a family recipe passed down for over 50 years and slow-roasted over charcoal for its rich, smoky flavor. Alongside our famous chicken, we offer a variety of traditional Peruvian dishes, fresh sandwiches, and more.

Our journey began in 1970 in Lima, Peru, when Dora Giordano opened the first Chicken Rico, quickly becoming a local favorite thanks to her flavorful recipes and warm hospitality. In 1995, her daughter Mirian Giordano, along with her husband Fernando Sanchez, brought that same passion to the United States.

Today, we continue Dora’s legacy—serving delicious food and creating memorable experiences for every guest.
